DRESS CODE AND CODE OF CONDUCT
Dear colleagues,
let us remind you of some guidelines regarding the Dress Code and Code of Conduct at the Faculty premises. The Codes pertain to both students and employees and are aimed at upholding and communicating the Faculty's commitment to professionalism, excellence, and safety.
IN THE FACULTY BUILDINGS (AS WELL AS AT LECTURES, EXERCISES, EXAMS, etc.) IT IS NOT ALLOWED TO WEAR:
Shorts and tracksuit bottoms;
Mini skirts and mini dresses;
Tanktops, and/or tops with plunging necklines in the front or back, as well as any type of clothing that exposes the stomach;
Low-rise pants, transparent clothes, and/or any type of garment that makes the underwear visible;
Dirty or torn clothes;
Flip-flops, slippers and footwear that exposes a large part of the feet and toes;
Political symbols or any sort of political insignia.
The visibility of tattoos is contingent upon the absence of violent, discriminatory, profane, or sexually explicit imagery or text. Tattoos that convey such meanings should be concealed using bandages, clothing, or cosmetics.
WHEN REQUIRED TO WEAR WHITE/LAB COATS MAKE SURE THEY ARE OF APPROPRIATE LENGTH, PROPERLY BUTTONED, CLEAN AND IRONED.
GUIDELINES FOR CONDUCT:
At all times refer to all teaching and administrative staff, as well as your colleagues and patients with respect.
When in large groups do not be too loud and respect the working environment of all employed, as well as the patients at the institutes and clinics.
Respect the working hours of the employed at the Students' Department and refer to them accordingly.
Food is not allowed in the classrooms.
Both indoors and on campus put waste such as food packaging and bottles into the bins. Respect the environment.
