Dear students,

Welcome to your first clinical class.

Your classes will take place according to the schedule and during the on-duty shifts of your clinical assistants/ associate professors (afternoon and evening). One scheduled visit (session) consists of two class hours. There are 15 sessions in total, each covering a specific teaching unit. A maximum of two sessions may be held in a single day. The total number of class hours is 30.

You must bring your BCP 1 student record card to every session. A student photograph must be affixed to the record card.You should obtain your record cards from the Student Services Office for Studies in English. Clinical assistants/ associate professors must sign the student record cards and log the time spent in practical classes (indicated by a "+" and the date of attendance).
For practical classes, all students must be fully changed into appropriate attire; working in street clothes is strictly prohibited.

It has been proposed that each clinical assistant or associate professor create a Viber or WhatsApp group with their students during the first session to facilitate the coordination of future sessions.
