Dear students,

There are two very important pieces of information that you have to be aware of.

1. Any student who has not completed the make-ups WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO TAKE THE EXAM UNTIL ALL OF THE REQUIRED MISSED CLASSES HAVE BEEN MADE UP FOR!!!!  IF YOU WANT TO TAKE THE PATHOPHYSIOLOGY EXAM IN THE JUNE EXAM TERM YOU CAN COMPLETE YOUR MAKE-UPS BY TUESDAY 22.06.202 AT 19:00 HOURS.

2. All students have to provide a recent photograph. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A PHOTOGRAPH IN THE STUDENT'S CHART (KARTON) YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO TAKE THE EXAM. If you have not provided a photograph by now YOU CAN BRING A PROPERLY LABELED PHOTOGRAPH (name and index number on the back) TO THE EXAM.

Please take this seriously, there will be no exceptions.

On the Pathophysiology Online Study Platform page you can find both a list of required make-ups and a list of students who do not have a photo.
