CSPSR - Mini Symposium

We are happy to inform you that the Mini symposium will be held from 19th to 23rd of April.
Due to ongoing pandemics, Symposium will be held online via Faculty platform. Detailed schedule of sessions will soon be available.
Authors are expected to make PowerPoint presentation, lasting no longer than 5 minutes. For this year’s Mini Symposium, all authors are required to film and send the videos of their presentation according to the Instruction in the attachment. Furthermore, authors should send the abstracts written according to the Instruction in the attachment, so they could be published in the Abstract book.
- Presentation should be made in Microsoft Office PowerPoint. Slide dimensions should be set to ratio of 16:9. Using your presentation, via Zoom platform (or other platform of your choice), authors should film their talk; lasting no more than 5 minutes and save it as .mp4. Camera must be turned on during presentation. Video should be sent via WeTransfer, to CSPSR member assigned to your session. Please read the Instructions carefully.
- Your presentation should also be saved as a .pdf and sent along with WeTransfer link.
- This year’s Mini Symposium will be accompanied by an Abstract book. All authors are required to send their abstracts written according to the Instructions in the attachment. Abstracts should be sent as .doc(x) (Word file).
To summarise, authors should send the following:
- WeTransfer link (with a video of presentation)
- Presentation in .pdf format
- Abstract in .doc(x) format
All of the above should be sent before 14th of April to a CSPSR member assigned to your session (list is in the attachment). Confirmation will be sent to the authors in 48h.
