b) knows how to bandage a wound, as well as recognize complications in wound healing.
c) knows how to work with patients in surgical departments and in intensive care
Through contact with a real patient, attitudes, knowledge and skills are acquired that enable the
physician to:
-have experience in the “doctor-patient” relationship, not only from the doctor’s point of view, but also from the patient’s point of view;
-have knowledge about the importance of health care and an appropriate lifestyle, as well as the
ability to apply the knowledge;
-accept the importance of structural factors and their effects on health;
-place health care in the context of the local and global community by comparing the domestic
reality and global standards expressed in the documents of international organizations;
-participate in interdisciplinary practice in order to protect the patient’s health.
