INSTRUCTIONS FOR REGISTRATION AND ENROLEMENT TO ONLINE PREPARATION COURSE
To enrol and take the courses please follow these instructions:
1. REGISTER FOR A COURSE ACCOUNT
First you have to register with your name and e-mail address.
To register fill out the registration form.
Within 2 working days you should receive an e-mail confirming successful registration and providing details for payment. If you do not receive this message please contact us here.
IMPORTANT NOTE: THE E-MAIL ADDRESS YOU PROVIDE WILL BE USED FOR ALL FURTHER COMMUNICATION, SO PLEASE MAKE SURE TO TYPE IT CORRECTLY.
2. MAKE THE PAYMENT
Once you have received the confirmation e-mail from the previous step, you should make the payment. The confirmation e-mail you have received will contain all of the necessary data for the payment.
The price of each course (Biology or Chemistry) is 507 Eur. You can take any of the courses or both in which case the price is 1014 Eur.
IMPORTANT NOTE: THE PAYMENT MUST CONTAIN THE NAME OF THE APPLICANT, I.E. EITHER BE MADE BY THE APPLICANT OR CLEARLY STATE “IN FAVOR OF THE NAME OF THE APPLICANT”.
3. INFORM US ABOUT THE PAYMENT
After you have made the payment please inform us by sending an e-mail with the Subject “Payment for the online prep course” to biljana.buljugic@med.bg.ac.rs The mail should contain your full name, country, and the payment date.
Within 2 working days you should receive an e-mail confirming that we have received your information, and that it is being processed. If you do not receive this message please contact us here.
IMPORTANT NOTE: THIS IS A NECESSARY STEP. WE NEED THIS DATA TO CONFIRM THE PAYMENT. IF YOU DO NOT COMPLETE THIS STEP WE CANNOT GUARANTEE ACTIVATION OF YOUR ACCOUNT.
4. ACCOUNT ACTIVATION AND FIRST LOGIN
Within 3 to 4 working days after receiving the confirmation e-mail from the previous step you should receive another e-mail containing your account activation data, i.e. your username and password. Then you can log on and start your course.
IMORTANT NOTE: THE SYSTEM WILL REQUIRE THAT YOU CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD AFTER FIRST LOGON.
